We are looking for an experienced *T24 Migration Business Analyst with strong testing experience* to support a core banking migration project. The candidate will work closely with business, technology, migration, and testing teams to ensure successful migration of data and functionality from legacy systems to *T24/Temenos Transact*.
### Key Responsibilities
* Analyze business requirements related to *T24 migration and testing*.
* Understand existing legacy system processes and map them to T24/Temenos Transact.
* Define and document migration requirements, business rules, and data mapping.
* Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and test cases.
* Perform *data migration testing* and validate migrated data between source and T24.
* Conduct reconciliation and identify data discrepancies during migration.
* Support SIT, UAT, regression, and migration validation testing.
* Coordinate with technical teams to investigate and resolve defects.
* Validate business processes and functionality after migration.
* Work with business stakeholders to understand and resolve migration-related issues.
* Track defects, provide impact analysis, and support defect closure.
* Participate in migration mock runs, dress rehearsals, and cutover activities.
* Prepare test results, status reports, and other project documentation.
* Ensure migration activities meet business and functional requirements.
### Required Skills & Experience
* Strong experience as a *Business Analyst in T24/Temenos Transact* projects.
* Experience in *T24 migration and core banking transformation projects*.
* Strong knowledge of *data migration, data mapping, reconciliation, and validation*.
* Hands-on experience in *SIT, UAT, regression, and migration testing*.
* Good understanding of T24/core banking modules and business processes.
* Experience preparing test scenarios, test cases, and functional documentation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience working with business users, developers, QA, and migration teams.
* Knowledge of SQL/data validation tools is an advantage.
* Banking/financial services domain experience is preferred.
* Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
